Aerial Silks
Aerial silks, also known as aerial fabrics or tissue, is an apparatus that has two long tails that drape down from the hanging point. Silks allow the aerialist to train various techniques including climbing, wrapping, inverting, locks and drops. An aerial silks class consists of a proper cardiovascular warm-up and flexibility training and is followed by guided instruction.
Aerial Hoop/Lyra
The Aerial Hoop (also known as Lyra) is a circular apparatus made from steel or aluminum that can be used static, swinging or spinning. An aerial hoop class consists of a proper cardiovascular warm-up and flexibility training and is followed by guided instruction.
AERIAL HAMMOCK
The Aerial Hammock is an apparatus used most commonly for Aerial Yoga, Aerial Sling & Aerial fitness classes. This apparatus is the made of the same material as the aerial silks, just tied differently to create a “loop”. Classes using the aerial hammock can include warm ups, conditioning, stretching, tricks, inversions & restorative movements.
ACROBATICS
Our students love mastering handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, tumbling and other athletic skills in a fun, inclusive environment. In this class, students will build and develop strength, improve their flexibility and alignment and be trained in strong, safe aerial technique. Come learn the basics or advance your current skills!
Pole Skills

Our static pole classes, designed for both teens and adults, help you build strength, flexibility, and coordination through a range of techniques including spins, climbs, inversions, holds, and transitions.
