Payment Policies

A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure your place in any course. Failure to pay this deposit by the due date will result in the cancellation of your spot.

Cancellations within 12 days prior to the course start date will forfeit the deposit.

All outstanding payments are due by the first class; failure to pay may result in denial of entry.

Once a term begins, courses are non-refundable, and full payment is required regardless of attendance.

If course fees are unpaid by the end of Week 1, a one-time 10% administration fee will be applied.

For Private Lessons/Tuition, a 12-hour cancellation policy applies. If you fail to notify us within this time or do not show up, you will lose your payment, as it covers the coach and studio time.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.
